Our CLA Freshman had a blast at Crater Lake. Not only did they get to experience its beauty, but there was plenty of snow for some fun.
Staff Spotlight - Mrs. Trautman
Mrs. Trautman has been serving CLA scholars over the past three years as an Instructional Assistant. She plays a vital role in supporting our CLA scholars both in and out of the classroom each day. Her commitment doesn’t stop when scholars are released, but every afternoon, she’s also a familiar and friendly face at the crosswalk, ensuring our students and families get home safely.
Mrs. Trautman's hard work, compassion, and presence make a meaningful difference in our school community. We are so grateful for everything she does and are proud to have her as part of the CLA team.

"We are excited to celebrate Kaelyn as our scholar of the month. Kaelyn always shows amazing initiative! In our class, Kaelyn demonstrates to us the first step in learning. She doesn't wait for others to start, she always gets her books and supplies and starts working right away. She even helps her friends get ready too. Kaelyn is a good listener, always ask questions, and is interested in what she's learning. Kaelyn shows us that taking initiative can make learning fun.
